The Role:
The apprentice will be responsible for providing day to day support for the team, managing reports received from members of the public, coordinating the deployment of Road & Traffic Enforcement Officers by sending client instructions, keeping daily logs of the enforcement activities taking place, managing complaints and freedom of information requests, participating in enforcement projects, drafting communication to members of the public and liaising with DVLA to obtain details of the registered keeper of the vehicle. Managing online communication channels with members of the public and creating the customer journey process within the existing systems
