About Vital Xposure:
Vital Xposure is a leading national disabled-led theatre company based in Hackney, dedicated to amplifying marginalised voices and promoting social justice through intersectional storytelling from a disabled perspective. We focus on access and representation, driven by our recent consultation with disabled artists to shape our artistic delivery plan.
The Role:
Assist with company and production administration, including diary coordination, correspondence, and logistical arrangements.
Support creative planning and delivery of our artistic programme.
Manage data collection, monitoring, and company database updates.
Aid in marketing efforts, including digital content creation and social media support.
Requirements:
Administrative skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
Interest in professional development and the arts.
Experience in arts or third-sector organisations.
Marketing or web design skills.
Interest in arts management, disability rights, or environmentally friendly practices.
