We were delighted to welcome the Board of Trustees to Voyage HQ this week.  This meeting was the final of a series of induction sessions for our new Trustees.

We are grateful to have a dynamic Board, whose expertise spans digital, communications, partnerships, commercial, programmes, finance, governance, strategy and education.  We also benefit from Trustees with lived experience of our programmes, in our younger Board members and our Youth Advisory Board.

Our new Trustees join following an extensive evaluation and update of governance and structures, systems and processes, as we transition from Trust to Charitable Incorporated Organisation.  

The new Board will play a crucial role in our ambitions to digitalise and expand, whilst ensuring young leaders’ voices continue to resonate throughout the organisation.
