Through a combination of education, community engagement, and sustainable practices, we pave the way for positive change.
Our lived experienced facilitators are trained in cognitive behavioural therapy methods and have the skills required to work with groups with a range of aspirations, behavioural challenges and adverse childhood experiences, as well as neurodiverse individuals.
While our programs and workshops are designed for young people aged 14 and upwards, we don’t stop there. Parents can engage with us to understand the content of these programs and how they benefit their children. We believe in a holistic approach, our goal is to empower both the youth and their families. By fostering open communication, we create a collaborative environment where parents are actively involved in their child’s journey.

Schools and Colleges
Voyage is focused on both enhancing student capabilities and educators’ skills.
We are not in competition with schools, we see our programmes, projects and workshops as entirely complementary to the mainstream education process.
Our programmes can help schools receive an improved assessment from OFSTED due to our commitment to raising self esteem and confidence whilst improving decision making.
Our programmes also help to improve school attendance and we have seen amazing transformation in young peoples standards of behaviour, decision making and attitudes to learning and people in authority.
We don't just work with students, our teacher training programmes aim to address specific teaching challenges and empower educators.
Challenging Behaviour: Participants learn frameworks to understand challenging behaviour, acquire practical skills to address it effectively, and enhance their confidence in handling such situations.
Conflict Resolution: Educators explore personal triggers in conflict, delve into underlying causes, and develop real-time strategies for proactive conflict resolution.
Leadership: This module focuses on breaking habitual patterns of negative behaviour and fostering essential leadership qualities.
Resilience: Participants reflect on personal resilience and learn strategies to maintain it, ensuring they can handle the demands of their profession gracefully.
Referral Agencies (YOTS, PRU)
YOTs are now our main referral partners for our Horizons programme, a personal development course that has achieved notable results.
Voyage Horizons is a dynamic and impactful initiative offered by Voyage. Designed for individuals aged 16 and over, the program specifically targets those who are considered vulnerable, at risk of re-offending, or facing managed exclusions or other unique challenges.
At its core, Horizons aims to empower young people by providing them with essential skills, knowledge, and opportunities. Our experienced facilitators engage participants using culturally relevant methods, ensuring that learning is not only effective but also meaningful.
Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and practical experiences, we equip young individuals with the tools they need to thrive. Whether it’s building confidence, enhancing communication skills, or fostering a sense of purpose, Horizons opens doors and creates pathways toward a brighter future.
Reduced Re-Offending Patterns: Participants completing the Horizons course show significantly reduced levels of re-offending.
