The Youth Voice Network Has Officially Launched!
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Youth Voice Network (YVN), a new programme proudly supported by the Do it Now Now Fund.
This unique work experience and leadership project is designed to put young people at the forefront of driving real, systemic change across large London based companies and beyond. It’s about ensuring that the next generation of leaders are diverse, passionate, and informed, and are given the chance to shape the conversations and decisions that define our shared future.
Diving In: What We Explored
Our very first Youth Voice Network session set the tone for what’s to come. Together, we explored some of the biggest and most relevant questions facing organisations today:
‣ What do Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) really mean in practice?
‣ Who truly applies these principles in their work and who just talks about them?
‣ Why is it essential that progress in DEI and ESG doesn’t roll back, especially in a changing social and economic climate?
Our young leaders brought lived experience, insight, and passion to the discussion. They quickly spotted contradictions, highlighted gaps, and identified huge opportunities for businesses to become more inclusive, accountable, and socially conscious.
Building Something Real
Over the coming months, our young leaders will work alongside leaders from industry, education, and the public sector to:
‣ Build policy and advocacy skills.
‣ Explore how youth perspectives can shape workplace culture and corporate strategy.
‣ Develop collective recommendations for embedding equity and sustainability into real-world practice.
We’re proud to say this project is being hosted by the Museum of the Home, whose welcoming environment has given our young leaders a perfect space to reflect, learn, and collaborate.

As the Youth Voice Network continues to grow, we’ll be sharing stories, insights, and resources from our sessions spotlighting incredible emerging ideas.
This is just the beginning of something powerful, and we can’t wait to show how far the voices of young Londoners can reach when they’re truly heard.
The future is youth-led and it’s already happening.
